House rules

The aim of Felicita Cucina is to provide a relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you to observe and respect the following house rules.

1. General Provisions

• By entering the premises of Felicita Cucina, guests acknowledge and accept these house rules.
• We kindly ask all guests to behave with consideration for the comfort, relaxation and enjoyment of others.
• Felicita Cucina reserves the right to refuse service to any person displaying inappropriate, aggressive or excessively intoxicated behaviour.

2. Self-Service Concept

• Felicita Cucina operates as a self-service restaurant.
• Guests are kindly requested to place their orders at the counter, where payment is also completed.
• Our team will notify guests once their order is ready.
• When ordering, please be considerate of other guests and maintain an orderly queue where necessary.

3. Reservations

• Felicita Cucina is primarily designed to be enjoyed without prior reservation.
• For larger groups, private events or special requests, reservation enquiries may be submitted through the form available on our website.
• Online reservations are considered reservation requests only and are not automatically confirmed.
• Reservations become valid only after confirmation by a member of our team.
• If you are running late, please inform us whenever possible.

4. Dress Code and Appearance

• Felicita Cucina offers a casual atmosphere; however, guests are expected to maintain appropriate and respectful attire.
• The restaurant premises may not be used while wearing swimwear only or while shirtless.

5. Children

• Children may remain on the premises only under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
• Parents and accompanying adults are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children at all times.

6. Smoking

• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts exclusively in the ashtrays provided.

7. Food and Beverage Consumption

• Bringing outside food or beverages onto the premises is not permitted.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18.
• Guests with allergies or food intolerances are kindly requested to consult our team before ordering.

8. Behaviour

• Loud, disruptive, offensive or aggressive behaviour towards other guests or staff is not permitted.
• Standing on tables, chairs or other furniture, or using them in a manner other than intended, is prohibited.
• All guests are expected to respect the cleanliness of the restaurant and the condition of its furnishings and equipment.

9. Pets

• Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome in the outdoor terrace area.
• Pet owners are fully responsible for the behaviour and supervision of their animals at all times.

10. Liability

• Felicita Cucina accepts no responsibility for lost, forgotten or unattended personal belongings.
• Guests are financially liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

11. Payment

• Payments may be made in cash or by accepted bank cards.
• Requests for separate bills should be indicated when placing the order.

12. Final Provisions

• The management of Felicita Cucina reserves the right to amend these house rules at any time.
• Any matters not covered by these rules shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Hungary.
